The REFORM Alliance (“we,” “our,” and/or “us”) is committed to preserving the privacy of individuals who use our websites (our “Sites”) and safeguarding the personal and/or sensitive information they provide to us through our Sites. To fulfill our mission, the REFORM depends on the participation of people just like you. Our website is designed to facilitate that participation through interaction, which may mean asking people for their personal information. Other than as disclosed in the “Use of Cookies” section below, we do not collect personally identifiable information about individual users unless a user provides such information to us. By sharing your personal data with us, we count you as a “member” and may send you emails about our progress and opportunities to take action. If you choose to provide it, we will collect information such as your name, mailing address, email address. If you choose to share your story with us, we will also collect information relating to your experience(s) with the criminal justice system.
If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We may use the information we collect:
- To fulfill your request to receive information and engage with us as a member;
- To maintain, improve, and enhance our Sites and engagement with you;

Use of Cookies

If we are notified of this, as soon as we verify the information, we will promptly either obtain parental consent or delete the information from our servers. We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. Emails
As mentioned above, you may sign up to receive email communications from us. These emails provide information that we think will be of interest to you, for example, calls for action related to policy. You can always “opt out” of receiving our online communications. Please recognize that emails are not secure against interception.
