Scott Fedonchik is a seasoned marketing executive with over 25 years of experience building brands, driving growth, and crafting compelling content strategies across media, technology, and consumer industries. He has held senior leadership roles at some of the most recognized names in media and business, including Condé Nast, Rolling Stone, Golf Digest, News Corp, Business Wire, WebMD, and PhotoShelter.

Before joining REFORM, he served as Vice President of Marketing at Swayable, an AI-powered consumer behavior and Ad Tech startup. Scott built the company’s marketing department from the ground up, establishing thought-leadership platforms and an executive speaker series that put the company’s CEO on stages at Cannes, Davos, and SXSW.

Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated the ability to balance creative vision with analytical rigor. At Golf Digest, he developed the television program, The US Open Challenge, with NBC Sports in partnership with Rolex, IBM, and American Express. At PhotoShelter, he led a marketing team responsible for 70% of the company’s sales pipeline and helped guide the business towards profitable growth. At Business Wire, he launched a video news division in partnership with Al Roker Entertainment. 

His work has earned recognition from Advertising Age, Adweek, and the Content Marketing Institute, among others. Scott holds degrees in Marketing Communications and Advertising Design from SUNY FIT and is actively involved in community organizations as a Board member of the Cooper Square Mutual Housing Association and Friends of MVY Radio, as well as volunteering at The Bowery Mission, St Luke’s in the Field, and Habitat for Humanity.

Scott lives in New York City with his wife, son and their dachshund, Pip’n.
