Jasmine Wadsworth is an experienced leader in advocacy and operations with a strong record of driving strategic initiatives and managing large teams across public and nonprofit sectors. At REFORM Alliance, she serves as Chief of Staff, supporting CEO Jessica Jackson’s strategic execution across teams and in alignment with the Board’s vision.

Wadsworth previously served as the Chief of Staff for Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser’s Office of Community Affairs and led 13 advocacy-driven offices. Her prior role included serving as an Interagency Policy Analyst and Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff where she handled inter-agency logistics.

Earlier in her career, Wadsworth was an organizer with the Democratic Party of Virginia, a Policy Advisor and Constituent Specialist for the City of Portland, and a Finance Intern for Jeff Merkley’s Senate campaign.

Wadsworth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Communication from Washington State University and holds a Master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Portland State University.
