When it comes to podcasting, few personalities command attention and respect quite like Wallo267. Wallo co-hosts the wildly popular Million Dollars Worth of Game podcast alongside “So Gangsta” rapper Gillie Da Kid.
Together, the Philadelphia-based duo has climbed the audio charts and become key figures in the hip-hop community. Their show offers a unique blend of humor, wisdom, and real-life experiences that resonates with fans everywhere.
Wallo has been praised for his unwavering commitment to personal growth and self-improvement. Despite facing legal challenges early in life – including spending over two decades behind bars – Wallo emerged from his struggles with a renewed sense of purpose and determination.
He shares valuable lessons from his mistakes on social media, encouraging others to embrace positivity and strive for greatness.
Wallo is now one of the most recognizable faces on the internet, but his reach extends beyond podcasting. The viral star puts his money where his mouth is, as he has just been named as the chief marketing officer at REFORM Alliance.
Bleu Mag spoke to Wallo about his new role as CMO and his devotion to criminal justice reform. Here’s what he said!
Wallo267 and the REFORM Alliance plan to tackle justice system inequalities head-on.
The REFORM Alliance has become a powerful force for change, tackling inequalities in the prison system that disproportionally impact people of color.
At the heart of the organization’s mission is to shed light on a broken criminal justice system. On Feb. 13, REFORM announced plans to continue that work – revealing that Wallo would take the reins as their new chief marketing officer.
Wallo explained that his time battling the legal system has prepared him for his new role.
“I was in a system my whole life,” Wallo said, adding, “But I’m just thankful now [that] people are more compassionate about people that have been through the system [and] making more opportunities available for them afterward, being more lenient in the probation and parole system.”
Wallo further explained that he hopes to build awareness for the organization. There are currently 18 different REFORM Alliance locations across 11 different states, which Wallo described as a “totally unimaginable” feat.
“Over 800,000 lives were impacted by the reforms that took place. So, there’s a lot of victories, you know, and people need to know about that people need to know about it, they need to know how they can support and be a part of this movement,” he shared.
Wallo267 revealed his goal as REFORM Alliance’s chief marketing officer.
REFORM – started by Meek Mill, Jay-Z, Michael Rubin, Robert Kraft, Clara Wu, and Daniel S. Loeb – recognizes that there is still a lot of work to be done when it comes to prison reform, and Wallo is up for the task.
REFORM is committed to supporting previously incarcerated individuals and underserved communities through a range of programs and initiatives. From providing legal assistance to supporting reentry services and job training programs, the organization is dedicated to helping people become productive members of society.
Wallo is hoping to amplify those efforts, and he already has goals in mind.
“Within 36 months, [my goal is to] to have more than one million reformers,” Wallo explained. “People supporting the cause, people just ready, ready to do to work for reform to build awareness to help change people’s lives.”
