REFORM Alliance, in partnership with BSE Global, is hosting our first Brooklyn Job Fair at Barclays Center – and we want to work with you! 

The event will feature recruiters from local employers and national corporations including Amazon, CVS Health, and more hiring for hundreds of open positions at all levels. 

We launched these job fairs to advance economic prosperity, public safety and greater public benefit for all, especially those that have had prior contact with the justice system.  People with records do not lack talent or drive – they lack opportunity.  Data shows that those who are formerly incarcerated stay longer in jobs and perform just as well or better than those without one.

In order to participate at the event, employers will (1) be willing to commit to offering available full-time positions that are primarily based in the state of New York and (2) be open to considering candidates that have had prior contact with the justice system.
