Bob Pilon is the President and Chief Growth Officer at REFORM Alliance. In his role, Bob is responsible for strategic growth initiatives that aim to scale the organization, helping to create greater public demand for criminal justice reform and spurring Americans to be a part of the solution. He also drives development of the board of directors and leads a team to mobilize partnerships and financial resources for REFORM.

Prior to REFORM, he was Chief Development & Partnerships Officer at ONE – an international advocacy and campaigning organization co-founded by U2’s Bono and backed by over 9 million members from around the world taking action to end extreme poverty and preventable disease. While at ONE, Pilon served on the executive management team, led the global resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement strategies for ONE and (RED), and worked across departments to develop strategic corporate and artist and talent partnerships in support of ONE’s marketing, campaigning, and special project priorities.

Bob has held senior leadership roles at high-impact organizations including Malaria No More, the Herbie Hancock Institute (formerly the Thelonious Monk Institute) and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation after starting his career at Bloomberg. Pilon has worked throughout the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia to mobilize over $500 million in support of HIV/AIDS, malaria, anti-poverty, and education programs. He’s worked with some of the world’s leading artists, philanthropists, and corporate brands to develop marketing and communications campaigns and special events to raise awareness and spur the public to take action.
